Today, I`m sharing with you a wedding card that I made for the Simon Says Stamp Instagram Challenge. Every month there is another theme and this month it is White on White.
My first layer is white glosy cardstock that, unfortunately, doesn`t show on the picture. On that, I put a piece of white glitter cardstock. Third layer is metal silver cardstock and on that another white glosy piece.
Flowers and leaves are from Gina K. Designs Wishful Floral Stamp and Die bundle and I embossed them with a white embossing powder. I used stencils over the stamped images to add some depth with a Whisper amalgam ink from GKD.
The sentiment is from that same stamp set and I embossed it with a silver embossing powder. I stamped it directly onto my fourth cardstock layer.
I arranged all the flowers and leaves into a down left corner of the card and then glued them with my hot glue gun. I glued the topmost flower with a piece of double-sided adhesive foam square.
The inspiration for this card and the layout of the card itself I got from one of the John Next Door Christmas cards.
